Lifeguard Announces Tour with Bar Italia

Chicago-based band Lifeguard is set to release a new 7-inch maxi-single titled "Ultra-Violence" on April 9 through Matador Records. Featuring 11 tracks that span just 13 minutes, the music draws inspiration from dub-infused post-punk. Fans can preview the abrasive title track, which showcases the band's unique sound.

Starting on November 22, Lifeguard will embark on a tour alongside Bar Italia, with the opening performance taking place at Brooklyn Paramount. This lineup also includes the band Horsegirl, making for an all-Matador showcase. The tour will visit cities such as Boston, Montreal, Toronto, Buffalo, and Woodstock, with all tour dates confirmed.
