About half way through the Luke Combs concert, my mom started to not feel well. Being from Windsor, Canada, I started to panic. Unsure of what to do next in a sea of screaming fans we made our way up the stairs to the main area. The team at the service desk at Gate G were so helpful and friendly. They got my mom a wheel chair for her to sit as she was unable to stand. Greg, a staff member at ford field pushed my mom all the way to gate A where we entered and was so patient and kind along the way. A very scary moment for us, was turned into a calm situation with the help of the staff at ford field. Greg even went as far as to give me his phone number so I could text him when I got close enough with my car to pick my mom up. We are coming back at the end of June to see Morgan Wallen and it is with ease knowing that we will be well taken care of. Well done staff at ford field and thank you to Luke for putting on an amazing show!
