Venue did poorly. Halsey was amazing

Myself and 2 friends were going and had ADA seating. We bought tickets and also a parking pass. We needed to drop off our our friend at the gate, and then go back to park. There was hardly any signage to direct us to the drop-off point. Asking staff that was directing traffic resulted in getting told to go the wrong way. Eventually, we were able to drop one member at the gate and then go back around to get to the pre-paid parking lot to park. Upon entering the venue, we found signs pointing towards the elevator, but the path was blocked off. We again inquired with the staff working and they told us we must take up a long ramp uphill to the next level with our ADA guest. This is not acceptable or ADA compliant. The elevators are there for people who need them, and should not be unavailable. We had been told we would need to talk to staff when we got into the venue to make sure we had an appropriate seat for our ADA friend and chairs for other guests. When we asked a staff member, they directed us to a second person. That person called on the radio for a third. We explained our situation to the third person, they said they had to talk to their coworker and left. While it took a bit of time to keep getting directed to other people, the staff were all friendly and courteous and seemed to be doing their best to help. The third person (Kevin) was amazing and clearly doing everything he could to help and hurrying to keep us from waiting. We got directed to seating for us after about 20 minutes, as the opening act was taking the stage. To get to our seats, we needed to go down one level. We were directed to descend from the top of the 200 level to get to the 100 level. When we got to the bottom of the 200 level, the staff would not let us through the roped off gate to go from the 200 level to the 100 level, even though that's where we had been directed and we had tickets with seats for the ADA in section 104. The young staff member said they were afraid they'd get in trouble. We were told to go back to the top of the 200 section, out of the amphitheater, and come back down to the 100 level. After protesting and asking to allow our ADA party member through at least, another staff member nearby moved the rope and waved us to go through. The ADA member went through, and the rest of our party hiked back up the stairs, out of the amphitheater, and down the stairs, and then back into the theater to get to our seats. Once we got the seating sorted out and were able to get to the seats, the show was amazing. Halsey was absolutely incredible. Sad to have so much lack of planning, training, and legally required accessibility put an asterisk on what was an amazing performance and night.
